Welcome to OCCPA website
OCCPA (Orange County Chinese Professional Association) is a non-political,
non-religious
and non-profit organization with the IRS tax exempt
status of 501(c)(3) tax code. The goals of OCCPA
are to promote professional educations and
information exchange
on science, technology, career development, culture and art
among members,
and to serve as a liaison between Chinese
and American people. OCCPA was established based on
its
parental organization, OC China, founded by local professionals
led by Ms. Lei Shi in 1999.
OCCPA是服务南加州华人专业人士的非赢利协会，拥有联邦政府的501(3)(c)免税组织注册。OCCPA的宗旨是促进专业教育，
加强协会成员之间和与其他团体在科学，技术，
艺术和文化方面的信息交流，
并且作为中美两国人民的联络桥梁。OCCPA 创立于1999年，现在拥有300名华人
专业人士。他们供职于生物技术、制药、信息技术、
电子及半导体等高科技产业，
金融和其他服务性公司，或为独立执业者（医生、律师、注册会计师等），大学教授，
以及研究生。
